FediHost takes credit card payments using Stripe as a payment gateway for most customers. This can be edited in the billing section of the stripe dashboard.
Custom Contracts
For larger custom contracts we accept e-Transfers and debit card payments. These are outlined in our contract agreements.
Adding Payment Details
You can add payment details to your account by either creating a new service or by opening the Stripe Dashboard in the "Billing" section.
Editing Payment Details
To edit payment details:
Click "Billing" in the menu on the left side of the FediHost dashboard
Choose "Stripe Dashboard" on the top right side of the page
Add your new payment details
Select this as your payment method and choose "Update"
